The assessment platform your clients never know you outsourced

Your candidates see your brand, your domain, your emails. Behind it, Savvanta generates role-specific assessments, proctors every attempt, grades with quoted evidence, and routes every decision through a human reviewer. You deliver a shortlist backed by proof, under your own name.

Why "white label" usually is not

Most assessment tools offer a logo swap. Your client still gets emails from the vendor's server, candidates still land on the vendor's domain, and sooner or later somebody asks why they should keep paying you instead of going direct. Full white label means the whole surface is yours: domain, interface language, candidate emails, consent pages, reports.

The economics, in your language

Agencies bill placements; assessment tools bill seats and credits. That mismatch is why screening tech feels like overhead. Savvanta prices per successful hire, the same way you earn. No vendor in the table above does this.

Model built on published market rates: contingency fees 15-25% of first-year salary (RecruitBPM); per-candidate assessment market average ~USD 30 (Bryq 2026 pricing survey). Assessment cost is under 10% of one fee, and it is a line item you can bill onward.

The liability question your clients will ask

A US federal court has allowed discrimination claims to proceed directly against an AI hiring vendor as an agent of the employer (Mobley v. Workday; the age-discrimination collective was certified in May 2025). An agency reselling AI screening sits in that chain. Savvanta is built for that scrutiny: automated rejection does not exist in the product, every verdict requires a named human and a written reason, and every score carries its quoted evidence.

In the EU, the AI Act classifies recruitment AI as high-risk, with deployer obligations, including human oversight, applying from December 2027. That oversight requirement is already our default workflow, not a feature to switch on later.

Frequently asked questions

Whose brand do candidates see?

Yours, end to end: domain, interface language, candidate emails, consent pages and evidence reports all carry your agency's brand.

Who owns the candidate data?

Your agency, or your client, depending on your engagement. Savvanta acts as sub-processor under a DPA, with per-client tenant isolation, hosted in Germany.

What happens if the AI gets it wrong?

No decision is automated. The AI proposes a grade with quoted evidence; a named human confirms it with a written reason. Integrity flags never change a score until a reviewer confirms them.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

No. We are ISO 27001 compliant and EU-hosted, and SOC 2 is on the roadmap. For European clients, GDPR posture usually matters more; we state this plainly rather than hiding it.

How is it priced?

Per successful hire for placement-style engagements, or per candidate for volume screening. No seat licenses, no credit packs.

Can my client approve an assessment before candidates see it?

Yes, that is the default workflow: generated tasks land in an approval queue and nothing reaches a candidate until the employer signs off.
